Information for Presenters

• Sessions are scheduled in 60 minute increments; please include 10 minutes for Q&A.
• IT Student Employees will be stationed in each room for time keeping purposes and assistance with set up etc.
• Each room will be supplied with a media cart including:
  • HDMI, VGA, and USB C cords
  • PowerPoint Remote
  • Dell Laptop
  • Speakers
  • Note: If you need a laser pointer, please bring those with you as it will NOT be provided.
• You will be required to register for the event for catering purposes. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine Rising at 505-277-1907.
